Combustible Oil Lamps Released

Hey everyone, the last few days I have been working on an idea for a Fallout 4 mod which I've had for some time. As many of you know, I've not been a huge fan of Fallout 4 since it was released, despite being super hyped for the game and loving the others in the series. However, I'm now coming around to playing the game and even doing some lite modding, given that the community has created mods which will eleviat the issues I had with the game in the first place.

So, I figured I would take the idea I had within the first few hours of gameplay and get around to loading the Fallout 4 Creation Kit and creating it. Turns out my idea needed a little more than originally expected but I managed to make it in the better part of two days. I even created this fun video to help showcase the mod. Future small mods may also be done in this style too, so I hope you like it.

This is also the first mod I will have released for the Xbox One platform given its a pretty simple concept and should be a perfect fit for the console community.

Combustible Oil Lamps aims to make oil lamps throughout the wasteland dangerous hazards which the player can use against their enemies. Shooting a lamp with a weapon will cause it to explode and let off an oil explosion which will burn nearby enemies resulting in fire damage and with any luck, death.

You can download the mod at multiple links including the Fallout 4 Nexus and Bethesda.net. Nexus: https://nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/32923
