It's been in the works for some time, but I have finally got around to recording a video demonstrating a system I've wanted to share for some time. Dynamic lighting is the same system used in Morskom Estate and some of my other projects. The concept is to create lights on the fly rather than initially disabling and enabling them, allowing the modder and player to minimise the amount of light flicker within a given room. Although this doesn't fix the lighting issue with the Skyrim engine, limiting the light sources, it does help mitigate it.
