New House Update

Hey @everyone, I thought I would drop a quick message out to update you all on the progress of my house move and explain what that means for me returning to modding and live streaming.

The past month and a bit has been a busy time for my partner and I and we've been incredibly busy getting the new house in order. The gaming room is currently empty with a single large wooden tabletop sitting on the floor as it's been difficult to find someone willing to help install what will become our new double desk for our gaming systems and live stream setup. We're hoping that in the coming weeks we'll have the desk in place and will have started piecing together our ultimate gaming space.

In addition to our new home, I was also offered a new job the day before we were due to move in, which as you can imagine resulted in a slightly more chaotic move-in. The new job is likely going to be much more involved than my previous role meaning I have no idea what that will do to my modding endeavors. I may wrap up my current projects and stop modding Skyrim, or I may continue as normal. Either way, until I've started the new job, settled in, and got a feel for the work and the hours, it remains uncertain.

One thing I am certain of however is that I have no plans to stop live streaming. I enjoy hanging out with the community and doing crazy stuff on stream, it just might be that I don't have the energy at the end of the day to do brain-intensive stuff such as modding given that a big part of my new role is project-related work. I have already been nudging toward some more gameplay-oriented live streams and I'm hoping that future Bethesda titles provide an opening to move on from Skyrim and jump into something new in the future.

That's the update. To summarise, we have no gaming room and no set date for me to return to the modding scene but hopefully, it won't be long until I can sit down in front of the camera again with a clear plan for the future.
