I have just released an old mod of mine, Frost Mammoths for Skyrim Special Edition! Someone commented on the old mod page requesting to convert and upload it to Nexus so I decided to do it myself. It does what it says on the tin and also has an optional Ice Giants to go alongside them. DOWNLOAD HERE
